RegBerries is a hosted registration platform used by professional associations, trade shows, and conferences to run their events end to end — from the moment a member opens a registration link through check-in at the door and the reports that follow.
Each organization gets its own branded registration site, its own forms and pricing rules, and its own staff accounts. Organizers configure the event themselves; attendees and exhibitors register on the web without installing anything.
What the platform does
Attendee registration
Custom registration forms per attendee type, member verification against an organization's own roster, group and guest registration on a shared invoice, eligibility rules, and online payment. Attendees can return later to review or change what they signed up for.
Exhibitors and floor plans
Exhibiting companies sign up, claim booths from an interactive floor plan, and manage their own booth staff roster. Organizers set booth inventory, pricing, and how many staff each package includes.
Onsite check-in and badges
Check attendees in at the door, print badges on demand, and track session attendance by scan. Staff at the registration desk can look up and correct a registration while the attendee is standing there.
Certificates and reporting
Continuing-education credit tracked against session attendance, with certificates generated and emailed to the people who earned them. Registration, revenue, and attendance reports are available throughout the event and after it closes.
