RegBerries is an event registration platform operated by KLEERTECH® ("KLEERTECH®," "we," "us"). This policy explains what personal information the platform handles, why, and what control you have over it.

1. Two different roles

Most of the personal information on this platform is not ours. Understanding which role we are playing determines who you should contact about it.

Event registration data. When you register for a conference, trade show, or class through RegBerries, the organization hosting that event decides what information is collected, why, and how long it is kept. They are responsible for that data. We store and process it on their behalf, under contract, and only as instructed.

Account and website data. When an organization licenses the platform, we hold their staff account records, support correspondence, and billing information. We are responsible for that data and this policy governs it directly.

If you registered for an event and want to see, correct, or delete your information, contact the organization that ran the event. They control it. We can act only on their instruction. If you are not sure who to reach, write to us and we will point you to the right contact.

2. Information we handle

On behalf of event organizers

The organizer builds their own registration form, so the exact fields vary by event. Commonly collected information includes:

Name, email address, mailing address, and phone number
Employer, job title, and professional license or membership numbers
Sessions or activities selected, and attendance recorded by badge scan
Dietary or accessibility requests submitted for event planning
Order history, amounts owed and paid, and registration status

For our own account holders

Name, work email address, and role within the licensing organization
Authentication records, including sign-in times and active sessions
An audit record of significant changes made within the account
Billing and licensing correspondence

From visitors to this website

This page and the public pages of regberries.com do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party marketing scripts. Our web servers keep standard request logs, including IP address, timestamp, and requested URL, for security monitoring and troubleshooting.

3. How the information is used

Event registration data is used to operate the event on the organizer's behalf:

Processing registrations, orders, invoices, and refunds
Sending confirmations, receipts, event notices, and certificates
Producing badges and recording check-in and session attendance
Generating the organizer's registration, revenue, and attendance reports

Account data is used to run and support the service:

Authenticating users and enforcing role-based permissions
Providing customer support and responding to inquiries
Detecting abuse, investigating security incidents, and maintaining logs
Billing and license administration

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use event registration data to market anything to registrants, and we do not use one organization's data to benefit another.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to deliver the platform. Each is bound by contract to handle the data only as needed to provide their service:

Hosting infrastructure. Dedicated servers and database storage located in the United States.
Email delivery. Transactional email for confirmations, receipts, certificates, and account notices.
Payment processing. See the next section.

5. Payments

Payment card details are entered directly into fields hosted by the payment processor and are transmitted to that processor rather than to us. We do not receive, store, or have access to full payment card numbers. What we retain is a record of the transaction: amount, date, status, and a processor reference.

Each organizer connects their own merchant account, so payments for an event are processed under that organization's relationship with their payment provider, and that provider's own privacy terms apply to the payment.

6. Where the data is stored

All platform data is stored on servers located in the United States. We do not transfer personal information outside the United States in the ordinary course of operating the platform.

7. How long it is kept

Event registration data is retained for as long as the organizer maintains their account with us, or until they instruct us to delete it. Organizers can export their data at any time. When a license ends, the organization's data is returned or deleted according to their agreement with us.

Financial and transaction records may be kept longer where required for tax, accounting, or audit purposes. Security and request logs are retained on a rolling basis.

8. Security

Traffic to the platform is encrypted in transit. Access is controlled by role-based permissions, each organization's data is isolated from every other organization's, and credentials and integration secrets are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat registrant data as data we are holding in trust for someone else, because that is what it is.

9. California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request its deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. For information collected through an event registration, direct your request to the organization that hosted the event, since they determine how that information is handled. 10. Children

The platform is built for professional and trade events and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where an organizer's event includes minors, the organizer is responsible for obtaining any consent required.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform changes or as new service providers are added. The revision date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes affecting our account holders will be communicated directly.
